Booking hotels through Wilde Wander is complimentary. In addition to preferred amenities and inclusions, we often have access to preferential rates for thousands of properties around the world.

While we do not charge a fee for hotel bookings, it is Wilde Wander's policy to collect an upfront deposit of $250 in order to initiate the research and provide multiple hotel quotes for a particular trip. We are always happy to book something specific that you already know you want (possibly after personal research) and are simply looking to take advantage of our rates, amenities and/or relationships that you wouldn’t have access to by booking directly. This fee does not apply when engaging Wilde Wander for The Brief Brief or full-service trip planning.

With respect to home rentals and chartering private planes and yachts, Wilde Wander requests an upfront fee of $500 per rental or charter, which covers the extensive time to source vetted inventory from our partners. We reserve the right to add a 10% service fee to the rental or charter (pre-tax amount).

If you are looking for assistance with a full itinerary (aside from flights and lodging), our trip planning fee is based on the time required to plan your trip, and the fee may vary based on the complexity of services rendered. An estimate will be provided during an initial trip consultation based on the level of service desired, and planning fees will be charged prior to beginning the research and planning. Our standard fee is $100 per day, and factors considered are the length of the trip, number of travelers and/or destinations, complexity of the itinerary, unique circumstances, and notice period. The minimum consultation fee is $350 and covers two itinerary revisions. Trip planning fees are non-refundable. Budgets for our full service itineraries begin at $750 per day, and may be higher depending on the destination and season. Itinerary inclusions range from excursions and private guides, lodging, entrance tickets, and ground coordination, however this is not an exhaustive list.

This service includes our preparation of a detailed mobile itinerary for each trip.

In the event of a missed connection, delay, weather issue, change in itinerary, canceled flight, etc., Wilde Wander has access to contacts at most airlines that enable us to solve most challenges. Our ticketing fee of $50 per person for domestic flights and $100 for international flights includes our assistance with researching, booking and managing your flights for paid tickets. If your flight is canceled, delayed or changed due to circumstances out of your control, our assistance with re-booking is also included in this fee and would not be counted as a voluntary change. Voluntary changes will result in an additional fee of $25 per ticket, and are exclusive of any change fees or fare differences imposed by the airline.

Wilde Wander reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $500 per trip should a highly curated trip be canceled for any reason, or a $200 change fee for postponements.
